Standard or Deluxe
The Standard does the job perfectly well for a trip: light, folding and easy to push. It is what most people hire.
The Deluxe is more comfortable for long stays or for anyone who will spend many hours sitting: better upholstery, a better backrest and more adjustable footrests. If the hire runs beyond two weeks, it is usually worth it.
If you are not sure, call us and we will ask you four things: the weight of the person, whether someone pushes or they self-propel, how many hours a day, and whether it needs to go into a car. That settles it in a minute.
Before you book, measure two things
- The seat width. Measure hip to hip, seated, and add two
or three centimetres. A narrow wheelchair starts to hurt within hours.
- The width of the doors where you are staying, the bathroom one above all. It is the
most common problem in older apartments along the coast.
Give us those two measurements when you book and we will bring the one that fits.

What if I also need crutches or a rollator?
We hire those too: crutches from €1 a day and rollators from €20 (3-day minimum). It all comes in the same delivery.
